BABY GREENS

What was once an auto repair shop overtaken by asphalt, became a drive through salad restaurant and a beautiful landscape.  Baby Greens is located in north Austin at a prominent intersection of W.Anderson Lane and Burrell. With the Austin metro rail running on the edge of the site, a green wall, rain water collection, and a restored landscape, sustainability was considered to be a crucial component to the design. The drive-through salad restaurant offering affordable salads also includes a walk-up window, bike racks, and picnic tables where customers can enjoy their food on site.
