RIVERVIEW residence

Status: Under Construction

The RiverView Residence is located in Johnson City and designed to offer a gathering place for family and friends and eventual full-time primary residence. The site plan and home complements the surrounding landscape and takes advantage of beautiful hill country views. We were also asked to design an additional "barn" entertainment space for drinks and games. The home is environmentally conscious and energy efficient, including rooftop solar panels, quality insulation, sustainable materials, and rainwater collection.
